Your Mom quit the GBA this month to concentrate on homeschooling you and Bennett. She was SO excited. We were SO excited she has this opportunity and SO thankful to have her out of the GBA - where we thought it was family and learned - not so much. Your Mom worked for GBA for 12 years and Pops for 37 years. Times are changing all around. It was a blessing of a job in its time but that time has passed. PRAISE! November 19th was her last day.
You went fishing with your Dad and caught 25 fish! SO much fun. You all cleaned them all.

I love the Saturday after Thanksgiving. It's a tradition that Dee Dee loves! This year was a little crazy with the pandemic still on-going and now your Dad is sick too. It's been so long since everyone was sick but it finally made it all through your family too. Pops woke up with the cold on Sunday and Dee Dee is fighting with all she has to avoid it. LOL

You can be sassy. You can be hard-headed. You can let your anger show at times. But you can also be very caring and loving and compassionate and helpful and inquisitive and determined and logical and analytical and sweet and full of JOY! I love your silliness. I love how you LOVE to be outside. I love your love for all things nature. I love YOU more than you could imagine. I love you to the moon and back and back again. Happy December sweet boy!
You go to clinic on December 21st. We are praying for your bloodwork to come back GREAT. We are praying you have gained some weight. We are praying Trikafta will be miraculous for your body. We are praying your PFT's are stable and your lungs sound wonderful.
Your Mom got the cold that Thomason and Truett had and then you got it and Bennett and your Dad came down with it on Christmas tree day. Now Pops has it. I am SOOO grateful that you had a low-grade fever for a day or so and you still have a lingering cough but it seems to pass pretty quickly. This is the first time you have been sick in 2 years. It feels strange. I'm not ready to start passing the germs back and forth... so I hope it will stop here and I am praying everyone will have a healthy Christmas. I am SOOO thankful our family has avoided COVID. We pray every night for a hedge of protection around our family. Thank you, Lord. 🙏 He has been SO SO good to us.
